This West Coast contemporary home was designed to take full advantage of a stunning Mill Bay property. Clean lines, expansive glazing, and a focus on comfort and durability come together to create a spacious, low-maintenance home with incredible views from multiple angles.

Client Story

Anthony & Tammy first connected with us through word of mouth, and this home marks our second build together. The relationship formed over two custom projects made the process efficient and collaborative from the start. The vision this time around was clear: maximize the view, ensure privacy from neighbouring properties, and create a modern home that feels open, livable, and built for the long term.

On time, on budget and fantastic workmanship while accommodating our needs and wants. The best indicator of high quality workmanship and pride is what people do with the parts of a home that you cannot see when it is complete. After watching our home and others around us being built, it is obvious that the quality and pride of K2 is far above the rest of the industry. Their after sales service is fantastic too. We only had really minor niggles but they addressed them promptly and completely. K2 are not the low cost provider but they are worth every penny. We could not be happier with our decision to have Kevin, Peter, Rick, Jay and the rest of their crew and subs build our home.
