Client Story

Neil and Avra were referred to us by their realtor. When we first walked the property, the land was completely overgrown and the scale of the site made it hard to imagine what it could become. We started from scratch together—designing the home, planning the land development, and shaping a vision built around privacy, space, and seamless outdoor entertaining. That early collaboration set the tone for the entire project.

Working with K2 for our first home build was an incredibly wise decision. The team, consisting of Peter, Jared, Rick, and Jay, demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and experience. The user-friendly interface provided reassurance and made it easy to stay informed about the progress. The regular updates and photos of the construction progress were particularly enjoyable. Despite logistical challenges preventing us from visiting the site regularly, Peter made sure we were consistently updated and arranged site meetings accordingly. This level of attention to detail and communication was highly appreciated. Most impressively, our house was delivered on time and under budget. This level of service is rare to find among builders, and it further solidifies our satisfaction with K2. In summary, working with K2 for our first home build was an exceptional experience. This project delivered a high-performance envelope using Aerobarrier sealing, significantly improving air-tightness. An HRV system provides balanced fresh air, while major stormwater-control work resolved the challenges of the site and protected the long-term integrity of the property.
