We only build four to six custom homes per year to ensure we are able to deliver very high quality homes and provide an excellent client experience. Because of our limited bookings we are able to fully devote ourselves to you and your important project.

K2 has developed a strong team of the very best local trades and suppliers. We receive excellent service and top-tier pricing from these long standing relationships. K2 also has our own in-house framing and foundation crew of incredibly skilled Red Seal and Apprentice Carpenters. Overseeing this team are our highly qualified Project Managers who have decades of custom home building experience.
